Prices include: use of the accommodation, utilities (water, electricity, gas), linen, and final cleaning, unless otherwise indicated in the quote.
The accepted payment methods (bank transfer, PayPal, cash on arrival, etc.) will be specified in the quote.
5. Conditions of stay
The specific conditions of stay (check-in and check-out times, deposit, cancellation policy, house rules, any tourist tax) will be communicated in the quote and/or in the tourist rental contract that will be signed before arrival.
The guest undertakes to:
- use the accommodation with care and in compliance with the rules communicated;
- not exceed the maximum number of people indicated;
- promptly report any damage or malfunctions;
- leave the accommodation in the condition in which it was found.
6. Responsibility
The Owner undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website. However, it does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information published, which may be subject to change without notice.
The Owner is not responsible for:
